The MIXPAC System 400


The MIXPAC System 400 is available with manual or pneumatic dispensing guns. Either dispensing gun can be adapted to accept any MIXPAC 400 cartridge.

The MIXPAC System 400 is available with manual or pneumatic dispensing guns. The pneumatic dispensing gun can be adapted to accept any MIXPAC 400 cartridge. The manual gun has 3 versions. The DM 400-01 for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges; the DM 400-04 for 4:1 ratio cartridges; and the DM 400-10 for 10:1 ratio cartridges.

The cartridges are available in volumetric ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1. The standard material of construction for the cartridges is polypropylene but the 1:1 and the 10:1 are available in all nylon and polyester/nylon respectively. Static mixers come in two styles. The MC version for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges and the MCX for 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges. Both versions offer a variety of choices to adapt to any dispensing application. The STATOMIX® MC Cartridge mixers were developed for the MIXPAC® 200 and MIXPAC® 400 systems. The mixer element was designed to provide less resistance while dispensing. This is particularly important in hand held dispensing to minimize operator fatigue. The STATOMIX® MC Cartridge mixer can be used with all large cartridge systems.

The STATOMIX® MC series mixer comes in a wide variety of sizes and will mix virtually any 2-part material including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics and polyesters.
