The MIXPAC System 200

The MIXPAC System 200 is available with manual or pneumatic dispensing guns. The pneumatic dispensing gun can be adapted to accept any MIXPAC 200 cartridge. The manual gun has 3 versions. The DM 200-01 for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges; the DM 200-04 for 4:1 ratio cartridges; and the DM 200-10 for 10:1 ratio cartridges.

Cartridges ratios are volumetric not by weight. The standard cartridge material is polypropylene but the 10:1ratio cartridge is available in polyester as well. Static mixers come in two styles: the MC version for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges and the MCX for 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges. The STATOMIX® MC Cartridge mixers were developed for the MIXPAC® 200 and MIXPAC® 400 systems. The mixer element was designed to provide less resistance while dispensing. This is particularly important in hand held dispensing to minimize operator fatigue. The STATOMIX® MC Cartridge mixer can be used with all large cartridge systems.

The STATOMIX® MC series mixer comes in a wide variety of sizes and will mix virtually any 2-part material including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics and polyesters.
